The current work focused on studying the effect of process parameter kerf width in Wire EDM using molybdenum wire electrode. Pulse time, pulse off Servo voltage and feed were selected as a for design DoE Response Surface Methodology. It was observed that electrical parameters chosen had significant impact Kerf Width. time is most important characteristic Higher duration spark causes job to shift dimensions. Utilizing Design Expert's point prediction functionality, model validation carried out.
